Learning Objectives:

High quality CPR is essential to improving outcomes in cardiac arrest. Even experienced healthcare professionals can find manual CPR to be very challenging. Technology can assist healthcare professionals in improving CPR quality. For example, intra-arrest CPR data can be downloaded from defibrillators providing valuable feedback on team performance. This webinar will focus on the common, yet demanding problems that hospital teams face and innovative solutions on improvement.



Upon completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:

  1. Discuss the importance of high quality CPR during cardiac arrest
  2. Describe the importance of post-event feedback using CPR reports
  3. Discuss common problems with CPR in resuscitation events
